Returns for purchases made from the Dog Adorers website

If you are not happy with any of the merchandise purchased directly from Dog Adorers then please return it to us within seven days of receipt of purchase for a refund (excluding P&P).

You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your order or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

Goods returned after 7 days (and up to 30 days) will be given a credit note. After 30 days no credit notes or exchanges will be given.

All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it left the Company. Items that are returned to us in a condition that is not fit for re-sale will not be eligible for refund or credit note and will be returned to you. If an item is returned to us for exchange of an out of stock or discontinued item a credit note will be issued.

If your item is damaged or faulty please notify us immediately by email/telephone and return the item to us within seven days of receipt and we will happily send you a replacement, with postage paid.

Returned goods must be sent either by special delivery or recorded delivery. Goods must be well packaged to prevent damage. Please also note we do not pay for returns postage.

It takes about 7-10 days to process returned goods. Your refund will be placed into the account/card with which you placed the original order. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Refused Orders

For orders that are refused and returned to us unopened by the postal service, a credit note will be issued less P&P and 10% admin costs. Please allow 30 days for this to be issued.

Additional Items on Your Order

Due to our secure payment system we do not have access to your card details and so we are unable to add on any further items to your card once your initial order has been placed.

If you would like to add another item(s) please purchase the item(s) from our website before you receive the "Despatched" notification by email and - as long as your package has not been sealed - we can add them to your order. We will refund you postage paid less 95p admin charges for each additional order.

Out of Stock items

If your item is out of stock you will be notified by email and given an estimation of when it is likely to be despatched to you. If you have placed an order of more than one item, those in stock will be despatched to you and the out of stock item will follow as soon as possible, with postage paid by us.

Returns for purchase made from retailers

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased directly from Dog Adorers via the website can be returned to us. If you made your purchase from a retailer, you must return any unwanted or faulty items directly to the retailer.

NO correspondence will be entered into.

Any items returned to Dog Adorers, not directly purchased from us will be returned by second class delivery.
